1. Who operates this website
inject.fi is the service name used on inject.fi. For questions about this public website and your personal information, contact privacy@inject.fi.
2. Information handled by the public website
The website provides product information, a model catalog, and documentation. Reading these pages does not require an account or a payment.
- Contact messages. If you send us an email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, and message. The email-draft form opens your own email application; it does not submit a message to a website form endpoint.
- Technical delivery information. The hosting and network services used to deliver the website may process information such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
- Privacy preferences. A first-party preference cookie records your cookie choices. See the Cookie policy.
3. Why information is used
Contact information is used to respond to the request you send and to manage relevant service correspondence. Technical information is used to deliver and protect the website. Privacy preferences are used to respect the choices you make.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, responding to a request may be necessary to take steps you ask for before an agreement, or based on a legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Essential website delivery and security rely on the applicable legitimate interests. Optional measurement or advertising technologies require your consent where applicable.
4. Optional analytics and advertising
This version of the public website does not load analytics scripts, advertising pixels, embedded advertising, or third-party web fonts. Optional analytics and marketing categories are off by default. Selecting an optional category does not install a measurement service that is not otherwise configured.
If optional services are added, the relevant service providers, purposes, and retention details must be disclosed before those services are enabled for visitors. You can reopen at any time.
5. Sharing and service providers
Hosting, network-security, and email service providers may process information needed to deliver the website and handle correspondence. inject.fi does not publish contact messages or sell personal information collected through the public contact channels.
Depending on the hosting and email configuration, service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards must be used where required.
6. Retention
Correspondence is kept while it is needed to respond to your request, maintain relevant service records, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask about retention or request deletion using the privacy contact above. Cookie preferences expire after 180 days unless you change or remove them earlier. Hosting-log retention is governed by the deployed hosting configuration.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to receive certain information in a portable format. You may withdraw optional cookie consent through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
Send privacy requests to privacy@inject.fi. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. API requests are a separate service
This policy describes the public marketing website. It does not state a retention period, training-use policy, or confidentiality guarantee for model API requests. Confirm the applicable API data-processing terms with inject.fi before sending personal, confidential, or regulated information to a model.
9. Changes and contact
Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For questions, email privacy@inject.fi or visit the Contact page.
